Rooms were beautiful, everything was nice. Found in the very very nice area just next door to the cafeteria, the trolley stop. Hot breakfast with lots of good foods.

Immaculately clean rooms and comfortable beds. Spacious shower and soft towels. Amazing indoor pool with a great hot tub area. Second-floor balcony overlooking the pool adds a nice touch. Convenient location within walking distance to dining options. Best Western provides a fantastic stay overall.
Non-remodeled room with carpet, some cigarette smell. Pool area might benefit from minor updating.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was clean. The rooms were a good size, and we had a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with quick access to the outdoor pool and hot tub. Plus, the breakfast had a good selection, including waffles, biscuits n gravy, and muffins that we enjoyed.
During our stay, we had some issues with housekeeping. They missed trash pickup and towel replacement one day, despite our request.

I found the desk chairs a bit uncomfortable for longer seating.
